1. Meeting point
Unless otherwise agreed, students meet from 02.30 p.m. between Monday and Friday at the windsurfing school. If space available and according to the wind conditions, sometimes the windsurfing classes can also take place at the week-end.
Especially between mid of July and mid of September the courses mainly take place during the week-end in the morning, instead of during the week in the afternoon.
2. Exception
If the wind and weather conditions are unfavourable for windsurfing, students will be informed by Escuela Hispalense after the Spanish course at 01.30 p.m. if the course can take place or not.
3. General
All questions, special requests, suggestions and criticisms regarding windsurfing must be directed to the windsurfing school and not to Escuela Hispalense.
4. Please bring with you:
- sun glasses, sunhat
- high factor sun protection
- harniss (if available)
- wetsuit (if available)
- drinks and food can be bought directly at Tarifa Smile
5. Insurance
An accident insurance is the reponsibility of each participant.
6. Transport
The transportation to the windsurfing beach and back to Tarifa is not included in the price. We suggest renting a car to share with other students or we could organize a taxi transfer with other students to the beach and back to Tarifa (price for 4 people approx. EUR 3,-- per person).
7. Meeting point for windsurfers
Beach "Valdevaqueros", about 10 kms outside of Tarifa, on the N340 going towards Cádiz, at km 75, on the left side.
8. Payment & cancellation
The prices for all inclusive packages are only valid if bookings are made prior to arrival. Students who have not booked before and would like to join any of the activity packages can obtain the current prices through Escuela Hispalense.
All pre-booked packages must be paid for in full before the courses start. If payment is not made in advance, the student cannot profit from the special package price.
Students who voluntarily do not assist or drop a booked activity programme cannot claim the money back. If a student waives the booked activity programme, the lost hours can not be recovered another day. If the instructors of any of the activities consider the conditions suitable for the activities, all enrolled students should participate.
Cancellation of the package upon arrival will carry a 30 % cancellation fee of the full price. Fees for Spanish classes and accommodation will be charged in this case according to the official price list (without the discount for package).
