To get up in the morning and have a direct view of the sea is for most people a synonym for holidays. Still more spectacular is the view here in Tarifa because of the sight of the African continent across the Straight.
Depending on the location of the apartment, the distance to the Spanish language school and the old town is no more than 15 to 20 mins. The beach is right in front of the accommodation.
Most of these holiday apartments have two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony or terrace with view to the Atlantic. Also available are apartments with one bedroom, which are best suited for one or max. two people. Most of these holiday urbanisations also have a swimming pool, which is open between June 15th and September 15th.
Some of the apartments can be rented with a garage or a parking space in the underground parking. Otherwise, there are parking possibilities in front of the holiday complex.
Standard equipment includes washing machine and TV (with national channels in Spanish). Bed linen and towels are available for guests. Please bring your own beach towels.

We do not conciliate any flat share possibilities for these apartments, which means, that the tenant has to cover the whole rent.
Remarks
Please settle the accommodation fee on the starting day of the Spanish language course.
Arrival- and departure date to be established by the client. Checkout of the apartment is on the day of departure, latest at midday.
It is understood, that the apartments are left in good condition: dishes washed, no food in the fridge and garbage taken out.
Please book early for dates during July/August
