Most of our apartments for sharing are located in apartment blocks near the Spanish Language school, however, the maximum distance is a 15 minutes walk.
These shared flats have single and double rooms. Double rooms are mainly given to language students who arrive together or when their course dates coincide, and to people of the same gender.
The Spanish language school apartments have 2-4 bedrooms and a living room. Kitchen and bathroom to be shared. Every apartment has a washing machine and bed linen. We suggest bringing your own towels.
The beach and the centre of town are reachable within a few minutes walk.
Shared accommodation (double room) is included in our all inclusive packages. For an additional fee you can certainly choose another option.

The cleaning fee will only be charged once regardless of the length of stay. The deposit will be returned at the end of the lease and if the apartment is in proper condition.
Remarks
Please settle the accommodation fee on the starting day of the Spanish language course.
The rooms are ready as from Sunday, before the course starts and until Saturday after the end of the course. Check out by midday. Additional nights must be booked in advance and cannot be confirmed.
It is understood that the apartments are left in proper conditions: dishes washed, no food in the fridge and garbage taken out.
The number of rooms is limited during the summer in the shared flats of the Spanish language school in Tarifa. It is therefore advisable to register early enough for July and August. We give out the rooms on a “first come, first serve” basis. After renting out all these flats, only the rental of local priced flats can be offered. We suggest an advanced booking of at least four weeks during the year and at least eight weeks for July and August.
We would like to point out that some bedrooms in the apartments may be quite small.
