We at the Escuela Hispalense have been teaching Spanish to foreigners in Tarifa since 1989 and it is our pleasure, to incorporate Tarifa's lifestyle with the language classes.

Our commitment to the Spanish language has brought us official recognition as a School for Spanish as a foreign language by the University of Alcalá, as well as an award of merit from the Tourist sector of Tarifa.

Our target is to gather active people from all over the world looking for a special quality of life which they will definitely find in our city.

The four main pillars of our Spanish language programmes are classes for adults with or without activities. In the summer we offer a Kid’s Club for 7-12 year olds and our summer camp LENGUAVENTURA for teens from 14-17 years old.

In order to help you save time, we offer further services like the finding of accommodation for short or long term stays and car rental from Málaga.

The school is located near the old town and parking spaces are available just in front of it. There is a lovely view of the sea and the beach is accessible within a minute. The classrooms are all air-conditioned during the summer and heated (when necessary) during the winter. For the comfort of our students, WIFI and a coffee dispenser are installed. For tapas and other meals you can take your first steps practising the Spanish language by visiting the numerous small bars nearby.
