If you prefer a central accommodation you might be interested in our selection of apartments located centrally or situated directly in the old town. All apartments are within walking distance from the Escuela Hispalense. The beach is usually only a few minutes from the accommodation. We offer apartments for two to maximum four people.
Bed linen and towels are in every apartment. Please bring your own beach towels.
Apartments directly in the old town
Calle Comendador (D-1)
Comfortable, bright duplex apartment for max. four people, in the heart of the old town, in quiet urbanisation, with one bedroom with two individual beds and another with a double bed, living room, kitchen, bathroom and roof terrace. Parking possibilities outside of the old town.
Calle Castelar (D-4)
Tasteful furnished Apartment for max. two people with one bedroom with double bed, open kitchen to the living room, bathroom. Small balcony and roof terrace. Parking possibilities outside of the old town.
Central apartments
Calle Trafalgar I (D-2)
Apartment for max. four people, with two bedrooms (with two individual beds each), living room, American kitchen, bathroom and small terrace. View to the sea from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The old town is at a 5 mins walk. Parking directly in front of the apartment building. Quiet urbanisation.
Calle Trafalgar II (D-3)
Apartment in the same building as the above, with two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with one single bed and a spare bed), living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, with a great view to the peninsula Las Palomas. Distance to the old town, a five mins walk. Capacity for three, max. four people. Parking directly in front of the apartment building. Quiet urbanisation.
Calle Navas Tolosa (D-5)
Apartment in attic for max. two people with one bedroom (two singe beds), living room, kitchen and bathroom with view from the kitchen and the living room to the dune of Tarifa. Large roof terrace, not directly accessible from the apartment, though. The old town is at a five mins walk. Parking possibilities in front of the house.
Barriada Cardenal Cisneros (D-7)
Apartment with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The building is situated directly opposite the school, very close to the beach and a five minute walk to the old town. There are parking spaces in front of the entrance. Maximum 5 people.
Calle Antonio Maura (D-6)
Studio with a living- and a sleeping area in one room, kitchenette and bathroom. Large roof terrace with a surrounding view over the Tarifan roofs. Central location with a maximum of five minutes walking distance to the school, the beach and the old village center. Maximum of 2 people.

We do not conciliate any flat share possibilities for these apartments, which means, that the tenant has to cover the whole rent.
Remarks
Please settle the accommodation fee on the starting day of the Spanish language course.
Arrival- and departure date to be established by the client. Check out of the apartment is on the day of departure latest at midday.
It is understood, that the apartments are left in proper conditions: dishes washed, no food in the fridge and garbage taken out.
Please book early for dates during July/August
